Rebuilding Confidence After Setbacks

Imagine dedicating years to your sport, early mornings, late nights, endless repetitions, only to feel like a key opportunity slipped through your fingers. For many athletes, this isn’t hypothetical. Being overlooked by a coach, missing a roster spot, or enduring a prolonged slump can shake confidence to its foundation.
